ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዐቢይ አሕመድ (ዶ/ር) ስለ አዲሱ አራዳ ፓርክ

የአዲሱ አራዳ ፓርክ ታሪክ ጥልቅ ለውጥ የታየበትና በዛሬው ዕለት ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዐቢይ አሕመድ  በተገኙበት ይፋ የተደረገ ታላቅ ፕሮጀክት ነው። ቀደም ሲል ተዘንግቶ፣ ለአደጋ የተጋለጡ ቤቶች የነበረው ይህ 40 ሄክታር መሬት፣ ዛሬ ተመልሶ ተገንብቶ ዘርፈ ብዙ አገልግሎት የሚሰጥ ቀዳሚ የከተማ መዳረሻ ሆኗል። ይህ ፕሮጀክት ፓርክ ብቻ ሳይሆን፤ የተቀናጀ መሠረተ ልማትና የመሬት አጠቃቀም ብቃት የታየበት ጥበብ ነው። ከ700 በላይ ነባር ቤቶችንና ሕንፃዎችን በማደስ፣ ልማቱ ማኅበረሰቡን 
የሚያገል ሳይሆን የሚያቅፍ እንዲሆን ተደርጓል።

• ለምለም የከተማ መናፈሻ
ከጠቅላላው 40 ሄክታር መሬት ውስጥ 15 ሄክታሩ በአረንጓዴ የተሸፈነ  ሲሆን፤ ይህም ለአዲስ አበባ መሀል እንደ መተንፈሻ ሆኖ ያገለግላል።

• ከተማን ማገናኘት
በዲዛይኑ ውስጥ ለእንቅስቃሴ ትልቅ ትኩረት ተሰጥቷል፤ ይህም 5 ኪሎ ሜትር የአስፋልት መንገድ፣ 6 ኪሎ ሜትር የእግረኛ መሄጃ፣ እንዲሁም ለብስክሌትና ለሩጫ የሚሆኑ 5 ኪሎ ሜትር መንገዶችን ያካተተ ሲሆን፤ ይህም ጤናማና ንቁ የአኗኗር ዘይቤን ያበረታታል።

• የኢኮኖሚ ጥንካሬ
ፓርኩ ለንግድ እንቅስቃሴዎች ትልቅ ማዕከል ነው፤ ከፒያሳ ለተነሱ ነጋዴዎች ቅድሚያ የሚሰጡ 131 የንግድ ሱቆች፣ 7 ካፌዎችና ምግብ ቤቶች፣ ሱፐርማርኬትና የባንክ ቅርንጫፍ በመያዝ የኢኮኖሚ ዘላቂነትን ያረጋግጣል።

• ጤናና ባህል
ከአረንጓዴው ስፍራ በተጨማሪ ፓርኩ ዘመናዊ የስፖርት ማዘውተሪያ፣ ጂምናዚየም እና 7 አዳራሾችን ይዟል። ከዚህም ጎን ለጎን ለዓለም አቀፍ ደረጃ ጥበባትና ለማኅበራዊ ኩነቶች የተዘጋጁ 8 አደባባዮችና አምፊቲያትሮችን አካቷል።

• ቤተሰብና ዘመናዊነት
ሕፃናት የሚጫወቱባቸው 4 ስፍራዎችና ልዩ የሆነ 'ትንሿ ከተማ' (Miniature City) ተገንብቶላቸዋል።

በፈጠራ የታጀበ ባለብዙ ወለል ዲዛይን በመጠቀም በግርማ ሞገስ በተገነቡ አደባባዮች ሥር ደማቅ የንግድ ስፍራዎችን በማካተት የአራዳ ፓርክ ውድ የሆነውን የከተማ መሬታችንን በእያንዳንዱ ስንዝር በአግባቡ ጥቅም ላይ እንዲውል አድርጓል።
