The successful conclusion of the 39th African Union Summit and the Africa-Italy Summit indicates that the vision of making Ethiopia a model nation is being realized.

The Prosperity government, guided by the philosophy of Medemer (Synergy), is working to transform Ethiopia into an African model of prosperity over the next five years. Successes indicating the realization of this vision are already being recorded. The African Union Heads of State Summit and the Africa-Italy Summit, conducted recently with great splendor and triumph, have clearly demonstrated the effectiveness of our international relations philosophy and the inevitability of our vision for universal prosperity.

The fact that the Africa-Italy Summit, held alongside the regular AU Summit, took place for the first time on African soil in our capital, Addis Ababa, proves Ethiopia's growing status as a capital not only for the continent but for the international community. This success did not come easily; it is a historic victory achieved through the clear international relations formulas devised by our Medemer government and the consistent, effective work performed thereafter.

At the 39th AU Summit, in addition to the regular agenda, Ethiopian priorities such as the quest for sea access were prominently heard, and numerous bilateral side meetings were held. The Africa-Italy Summit showcased Ethiopia's growing continental and global influence, its developed capacity to host consecutive international events, and its role as a foundation for the improving rapprochement between African and European nations. Beyond formal meetings, various events highlighting Ethiopian hospitality were held, utilizing Soft Power Diplomacy to increase Ethiopia’s global appeal.

Ethiopia has gained much as a nation from engagements with leaders of international organizations and states for instance, discussions with UN Secretary-General António Guterres, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, and other global figures.

During these recent continental and global events, the rapid and stunning development occurring in our capital, Addis Ababa, and across the nation was prominently displayed and praised. The Addis Ababa Corridor Development and the hospitality of the people were cited as exemplary and received significant recognition. This serves as a confirmation that work is being effectively carried out to complete the next national election successfully under the motto "Ethiopia as a Model Nation" and to fully achieve the vision by the year 2023 E.C. (2030/31 G.C.).

The core lesson these summits remind us of is that if we work guided by the Medemer philosophy and unite as a country, we can achieve numerous successes at every level. This "Yes, we can" spirit accelerates the march toward realizing Ethiopia’s holistic prosperity and indicates our ability to stand as equals with other developed nations. Therefore, we must all gather around this visibly succeeding vision of universal prosperity and contribute our part.
